Gluten Free Vegan Bread Recipe

Equipment Needed1kg/2lb bread tin
220°C, Fan 200°C, 425°F, Gas 7
Cooking time55-60 minutes
Whisk together the chickpea flour & water with half of the rapeseed oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and water.
Then add the yeast and flour and mix it all together to make a smooth, thick batter.
Use the remaining oil and pour it all over the dough. Turn the whole mix with a spoon and bring it together into a soft, doughy ball.
Get an oiled 1kg/2lb bread tin and tip the dough in. Smooth out the top.
Cover the top of the tin loosely with oiled cling film. Leave until the dough rises to the top of the tin.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 55-60 minutes and enjoy!
