Description

The handwoven khadi cotton has been hand dyed and screenprinted with our unique teapot design – its quirky, attractive and very versatile.
Inspired by the wonderful Teapot Project in Ipswich UK, 25% of sales will be donated to this social enterprise which works tirelessly to cut food waste by intercepting food being thrown away by supermarkets and ensuring it is used by one of its many beneficiary organisations. We love the Teapot project and are proud to support them!

Hi, I’m Jo Salter, Founder of Where Does It Come From?

I was concerned that the clothes I was buying for myself and my children were not being ethically sourced, and that I may indirectly be helping to sustain cruel labour practices and contributing to the world’s pollution problems.

This motivated me to seek a way of providing an ethical alternative for garments people needed to buy.  Finding like minded people to partner with such as Moral Fibre Fabrics has enabled us to produce our first ranges of traceable clothes.  We are also working with new partners to explore ideas for future ranges – coming soon!
